My name is Mark, and I’ve been working in the property industry as an estate agent since 1999. My passion for property started at a young age and after beginning a career in retail, moving into estate agency felt like a natural step. Helping people move home remains at the heart of why I enjoy my job so much.

Over the years, I’ve gained extensive experience across the residential market, including land sales, new homes, and auction properties. I’m passionate about marketing and take pride in connecting people with the right home. My career has given me the privilege of working throughout Devon and Cornwall, with particular focus on Plymouth, the South Hams, and the Tamar Valley.

I work with both private homeowners looking to sell and property developers needing accurate market appraisals and straightforward advice. I especially enjoy handling unique homes that require extra care and attention. I take time with my viewings to ensure I truly understand both the property and the people I meet. Earlier in my career, I also appeared several times as a local expert on the BBC’s Homes Under the Hammer, and I continue to advise homeowners on property investment and refurbishment projects.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about the outdoors. Living in Devon, I make the most of the coast and moors whether I am out riding my bike or paddleboarding with my family when the weather allows.

I provide valuations, honest advice, and tailored marketing strategies designed to achieve the very best results for every client.
